How KinderSafe Installation Works: From Call to Finished Window

Step-by-step description of the process: measurement, manufacturing, installation. How long it takes and what to prepare.

Many clients ask: how difficult is it to install a protective net? We answer in detail — from the first contact to the moment the window is reliably protected.

Step 1: Application and Consultation

You submit an application on the website or write on WhatsApp. Within 15 minutes, our specialist contacts you. They clarify the type of windows, number of openings, and the task (child protection, cat protection, or both). As a result, they give a preliminary cost estimate and arrange a time for the measurer to visit.

Step 2: Free Measurement Visit

The measurer arrives at a time convenient for you. They take precise measurements of each window opening, taking into account all frame features. The measurement takes 15–30 minutes and is absolutely free. After the measurement, you receive the final cost estimate.

Step 3: Manufacturing

All KinderSafe nets are manufactured for a specific opening. Average production time is 3–5 business days. We use professional equipment and materials that have passed quality control.

Step 4: Installation

The installer arrives with the finished nets. Installing one window takes from 15 minutes to 1 hour depending on the size and complexity. All work is done neatly, without dirt or damage to the frame. Upon completion, the installer checks the strength of the fastening right in front of you.

After Installation

You receive a 3-year warranty card. If any questions arise about the system's operation during the warranty period — we will come and resolve them for free.
